Pavé Eternity Band - 14k Gold with Sapphires

This beautiful ring is available in 14k Yellow, Rose or White gold.

Each sapphire is a brilliant cut 1.5mm lab-grown sapphire. We use lab-grown for ethical reasons. They're also chemically and structurally identical to natural sapphires, but cost much less.

The method of setting these stones is called 'micro-pavé castle' setting. We begin by cutting a seat for each stone and hollowing out the little U shape you can see in the side of the ring (so the light can pass through the widest part of the gemstone). With a very, very, fine saw, we cut the space between the stones into individual prongs. These are then used to make the 4 corners of each little 'castle' that each gem sits within. It's delicate work that we love to do in our workshop here on the coast of Scotland.

Like all our precious items, this will be hallmarked at Edinburgh Assay Office before being shipped out to you.
