Welcome to Art925 Edelsmederij, Inspired by nature, forged with love.

I originate from The UK and take inspiration from the beautiful hilly Peak District landscapes which were home for over 30 years.  Now the local countryside of the Alblasserwaard with its meandering rivers and stunning scenery provide the backdrop and inspiration to my work. 

All designs are created from the highest quality recycled 925 sterling silver or gold and imaginatively other precious metals or ethically sourced stones are often incorporated to produce pieces of jewellery art. I endeavour whenever possible to ensure that jewellery from Art925 Edelsmederij is 100% recycled.  Much of the gold and silver used in my creations is recycled in the studio in Waal. If it's good for the environment then it is good for me. You will only find eco-friendly solutions and non- toxic chemicals in my workshop. 

All items where required, will carry the Hallmark of The Netherlands and my personal Makers Mark: The Netherlands being a member state of the international Hallmarking Convention 1972.

Upon request my items will arrive to you in my personalised gift packaging or as a trade customer you are free to use your own dedicated gift boxes.

Please read them carefully as they contain important information. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.



Products



All goods are subject to availability and we will endeavor to inform the customer of any items that are unavailable as soon as possible. Due to the hand made nature of our jewellery items, products may vary slightly in colour or form from the described item.



Liability



Lesley Eyre Designs will not be liable in respect of customer or third party recipient, failure to comply with the following product safety instructions resulting in willful damage to/or loss of whether direct or consequential to personal property.



Children under the age of 10 years, should not play with / wear jewellery unsupervised and should not be inserting any jewellery into their mouths or other orifices

Some individuals may experience skin conditions or allergies when in contact with metals used in jewellery manufacture and the wearing of such items is at your own risk.

Some individuals may find that the acid in their skin reacts with precious metals to cause discolouration and this is at your own risk.

Jewellery should not be worn when undertaking hazardous activities.





Breakage claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods not Received



If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you ordered, Lesley Eyre Designs shall have no liability to you unless you notify the Company of the problem within 28 days. After such notification, all original transit packaging and the damaged or incorrect item must be returned to the Company before any refund or replacement can be actioned.



If goods are not received within 7 working days from the "item sent" notification email, please notify the Company.



Notification of Breakage, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Received should be made by email using the contact page, clearly stating if a replacement item or a refund is required. A replacement jewellery item will be dispatched

Refunds are at the discretion of Lesley Eyre Designs.



Payments



We accept online in advance payments via Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges as quoted on the delivery page of the website and also on your order confirmation. The displayed price on the order confirmation is the amount in Euro that you will pay.

For our Business Partners: Please note that under the KOR we are Tax exempt and VAT will not be added to your invoice.



Order Cancellation



You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch except for items that are personalised which cannot be cancelled at any time.



Once the item has been dispatched, you may return the item in its unused condition and in the original packaging at your own expense unless the item is faulty. Earrings once removed from the sealed plastic bag cannot be returned for exchange or refund.





Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted. We have taken care to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our Jewellery.


I really hope you are more than happy with your jewellery purchase but sometimes there is a problem so this is what we do:-



Faulty items: We package your new jewellery carefully but if the item has been damaged in transit we will refund (including postage) your costs or replace the item according to your wishes. All we ask is that you click here to contact us and then return the item signed for, unworn and in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt.



Personalised items. As you will appreciate, an item which has been made to your specification, ie with a personalised message or a special commission cannot be resold, so unfortunately we cannot offer a refund service for such items. However, we do try our best to deal with your disappointment. For that reason, we offer a low cost resizing service for certain rings and bangles. If there is a different issue please contact us to see what we can do to help.



Change of mind. If you decide that the item is not quite what you were hoping for, as long as it’s not been personalised, you may return it within 28 days of receipt, using all the original packaging materials.

Please contact us first, so we know to expect the return.



Due to EU regulations and hygeine requirments, we are unable to receive earrings once removed from the sealed plastic bag.



We will process your refund directly within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms and conditions.
