What is Odissa?
Odissa is an online marketplace with a focus on British handmade jewellery, art and craftwork. The platform was created by the Guild of Jewellery Designers and is a showcase of members' work alongside branded products from members of the Guild of Jewellery Retailers and The British Pearl Association. It features some of today's most thoughtfully curated modern creative workmanship from jewellery designers who are committed to producing only original designs - you'll find gems that range in price depending on your budget!
The platform was created by The Guild of Jewellery Designers as a place for creative /makers to offer learning courses, showcase and sell their made in Britain gifts, and help to maintain and grow the handmade industry in the face of cheap foreign imports.
Alongside a great selection of handmade products, you will find fantastic branded products from members of The Guild of Jewellery Retailers and The British Pearl Association.
We accept designer/makers who are committed to handcrafting products from their own original designs and branded products from retailer members selling products that you may know of already, providing you with a stunning collection of unique works for you to wear and send as gifts to discerning friends.
On Odissa, it's easy to not only discover, but also connect with emerging brands and the creators behind them. Because each designer on Odissa is in charge of managing their own shop, fulfilling orders, and setting their brand’s policies, any questions regarding shipping details, delivery times, sizing, order specifics, and returns should be directed to the brand owner of the shop.
