This Site is an ecommerce website. By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. Guarantees The following guarantees apply to our Site: One year repair or exchange warranty, covers faulty craftsmenship not wear and tear or loss of item.; Providing accurate sizing is the clients responsibility, if due to an error in providing the correct size request a quote for resizing, or remaking item. The item have to be unworn with the invoice and the original packaging present.; There is no warranty for badly treated items; and If the item has any sort of plating it will wear off eventually, for replating the item contact us for a quote. Shipping In the UK we ship with Royal Mail First Class, Signed for. For Orders outside of the UK are unavailable at the moment due to the after brexit issues with recognising british hallmarks outside the UK. Express shipping and/or hallmarking underweight items is available by request, please contact us if such service is required Limitation of Liability Dala Silver and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site. Indemnity Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Dala Silver and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
