Bespoke, customised or personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a defect or error in the product that is attributable to the Smelting Fairy. • You must not return any product that is worn, used, altered, or damaged, unless it is faulty or damaged. Worn, used, altered, or damaged products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a defect or error in the product that is attributable to the Smelting Fairy. • The Smelting Fairy will inspect the returned product and determine whether it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
