Jo Strain is a designer/maker of mixed media jewellery. She incorporates an ever growing range of media into her pieces including gemstones, handmade felt, copper, glass and ceramic beads, wood, textiles and found objects. Colour, texture and comfort are central to her design process. A long term focus is designing well behaved jewellery which is unexpectedly light in weight. Jo is delighted to discuss commissions, restringing, remodelling and repairs.
