The revolutionary process of 3D printing has changed the way we manufacture jewellery. The first step is to design a 3D model. We can design this in-house, or you can supply your own STL file, the file is then printed in resin or wax and cast into a physical object.
We can print from any STL file, utilising our Solidscape or Envisiontec machines. All files are printed at the highest resolution of 25 microns. As a guide, our prices start from £7.50 for a small setting and increase in price, depending on size and complexity of the piece. We are happy to provide a full quote for any file prior to build. Our highly trained team work closely with our casters to evaluate the CAD model and advise on the best possible wax or resin to achieve a clean, crisp casting.
The resin or wax can be cast directly into the metal of your choice. The nano cure (orange ceramic resins) do not burn out and can be used as a master pattern to be moulded using a cold cure or silicone moulding solution.
