CAD DESIGN ​
CAD Design means precisely that, an agreed fee has been paid for a designers time in order to generate the required CAD design. ​
All CAD files stored within our secured server system will remain the property of JEWELSTAR unless a financial agreement can be made regarding individual or multiple files. ​
The intellectual property rights of the actual design i.e style, dimensions & finer details will be the property of the client. Clients can request that there drawings be removed from our servers unless clients wish to purchase the CAD files.
CASTING ​
With regard to casting, customers who supply scrap metal and/or hand carved waxes do so at there own risk, ​ JEWELSTAR accepts no responsibly for metal loss or poor surface quality, we also accept no reponsibily for poor surface finish from hand carved waxes which have been supplied,
